Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active phataya account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phataya employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phataya reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

phataya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by phataya may result in account suspension.
Accepted KYC Documents: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or any other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may include utility bills, bank statements, or barangay certificates issued within the last three months.
phataya accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your phataya account instantly or within the processing time specified for each payment method. phataya does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. phataya aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.

phataya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phataya account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
